The Collection • Back to All Whiskey
WhistlePig was established in 2007 with the help of master distiller Dave Pickerell, a 14 year industry veteran from Maker's Mark. Their first release was a 10-year old rye, bottled at 100 proof, sourced from Alberta Distillers in Canada. While that 10-year old sourced rye remain's WhistlePig's most popular release, they began distilling their own whiskey in 2015 and using it in their Farmstock series. WhistlePig's 15-year rye is finished for 1 to 3 years in locally-grown Vermont oak, and all of WhistlePig's own distillate goes directly into new, charred Vermont oak barrels.
