WhistlePig PiggyBack 100 Proof Bourbon is a corn-based bourbon companion to WhistlePig PiggyBack Rye. Designed with home and pro bartenders in mind, it features a 6 year age statement and 100 proof strength that is intended to bring big flavors when used in cocktails.
An early version of the TTB label stated that it would use a 100% dent corn mash bill and the same 96.56 proof strength as PiggyBack1TTB Approval, but those details shifted before release. WhistlePig now says that it has a “super-high corn mash bill, it maintains a dash of Rye as a nod to WhistlePig’s roots2Press Releae, and is bottled at 100 proof.
