Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 20-Year-Old Corn Whiskey is a small batch whiskey released in 2023 as the second edition in Heaven Hill’s annual Heritage Collection.
This whiskey uses Heaven Hill’s corn whiskey mashbill, which it shares with Mellow Corn. It is made up of 110 barrels from a single day of production (October 21, 2002) and aged for 20 years on the third floor of Rickhouse 1K at the Bernheim Distillery campus in Louisville, KY.
Warehouse 1K is one of seven warehouses at Heaven Hill made from brick, all of which are located at Bernheim.
This release follows the inaugural release in the Heritage Collection, Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 17-Year-Old Bourbon Whiskey.
