The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is an annual, ultra-premium release from Heaven Hill Distillery. The series features classic and traditional whiskey styles, and is complemented by the distillery’s more experimental Parker’s Heritage Collection. Heritage will be released each spring, while Parker’s will hit shelves in the fall.
Each of the expressions in the series highlight one of Heaven Hill’s six American Whiskey mashbill recipes:
- Bourbon: 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley
- Corn whiskey: 80% corn, 8% rye, 12% malted barley
- Wheated bourbon: 68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley
- Wheat whiskey: 37% corn, 51% wheat, 12% malted barley
- Rye: 51% rye, 35% corn, 14% malted barley
- Malt whiskey: 65% malted barley, 35% corn
Launched in spring 2022, the series consists of three releases.
The Heritage Collection was inspired by the response to 2018’s Heaven Hill 27-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, and 2020’s 85th Anniversary expression.
