Bardstown Bourbon Company is a distillery and whiskey producer located in Bardstown, Kentucky and founded in 2014. Their campus features a 37,000 square-foot distillery and bottling line, with a production capacity of 100,000 barrels per year.
Bardstown Bourbon Company takes a unique approach to bourbon production by offering custom whiskey production services for other brands in addition to producing its own products. This allows them to collaborate with various distilleries and create custom mash bills, aging techniques, and flavor profiles tailored to each client’s specifications.
In 2019, Bardstown Bourbon Company bottled their whiskey for the first time as a part of the Fusion Series, which was blended with more mature whiskey sourced from other distilleries. In 2023, Bardstown released their Origin Series, their first fully self-produced bourbon expressions.
