Bardstown Bourbon Company Origin Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a high-rye bourbon produced by Bardstown Bourbon Company. It is part of the distillery’s core lineup, and is aged for 6 years before being bottled at 96 proof.
The whiskeys in the Origin Series were all distilled and aged at the company’s Bardstown, KY campus. “The Origin Series is the first opportunity to taste an expression that is 100 percent our whiskey,” said Dan Callaway, VP of Product Development for Bardstown Bourbon Company.
The Origin Series was announced following the discontinuation of the Fusion Series, which used Bardstown-distilled whiskey as a component of blends that also included sourced whiskey.
