Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series is a series of small batch whiskeys released by Bardstown Bourbon Company.
First released in June 2019, the Discovery Series showcases Bardstown Bourbon Company’s blending skill, featuring a different blend of sourced whiskeys with each release. While many of the releases are bourbons, several releases incorporate rye or Canadian whiskeys in the blend.
Bardstown Discovery Series #11 includes a 6-year old Bardstown Bourbon Company-distilled wheated bourbon in the blend, the first to use any component that wasn’t sourced from a third-party distillery. This blend picks up where the Fusion Series left off when it was discontinued in 2022, which featured well-aged, sourced Kentucky bourbons with Bardstown’s younger whiskeys. The oldest Fusion Series release included 4-year old Bardstown-produced whiskey.

This is the first release to incorporate any Bardstown Bourbon Company-distilled whiskey, picking up where the Fusion Series left off in 2022. It is also the first release since Discovery #4 to use all Kentucky-distilled bourbons.
