Stellum Bourbon is a year-round release from Barrell Craft Spirits.
Like all of the releases under the Barrell brand, it is a cask strength offering and is a blend made up of whiskey from several different sources.
It is made up of three Indiana (likely MGP) bourbons: two high-rye, and one that’s almost almost exclusively corn. Then, older barrels sourced from Kentucky and Tennessee (likely Dickel) are blended in.
Stellum Bourbon was launched in March 2021.
