Smoke Wagon Straight Bourbon Whiskey was first released in 2019, a few years after the first Smoke Wagon products hit shelves in 2016.
This is the same high-rye (~36%) bourbon used in the other Smoke Wagon releases, though barrels for this release were aged on the top two floors of the warehouse and never rotated.
Higher levels of the warehouse are typically warmer, meaning the wood expands and contracts more than it might on lower floors, imparting lots of barrel character for what is a young release.
