Old Forester 1870 Original Batch

Launched in early 2015, Old Forester 1870 Original Batch was the first release in Old Forester’s Whiskey Row Series, which pays homage to the brand’s rich history on Louisville’s Whiskey Row.

Old Forester 1870 is named after the year that founder George Garvin Brown first introduced Old Forester bourbon. It is crafted to recreate the style of bourbon that was produced during that era. The whiskey is made from a blend of hand-selected barrels and follows a traditional production process.

The Whiskey Row Series highlights significant milestones and production innovations with each release (1870, 1897, 1910, and 1920).
