Jack Daniel’s Triple Mash Blended Straight Whiskey

Jack Daniel’s Triple Mash Blended Straight Whiskey is a bottled in bond Tennessee whiskey produced by Jack Daniel’s. It was introduced in 2022 alongside Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey as a part of the distillery’s Bonded Series.

Triple Mash is a reference to the three mashbills used in the blend for this whiskey. It consists of:

  • 60% Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye — 70% rye, 18% corn, 12% malted barley
  • 20% Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey — 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye
  • 20% Jack Daniel’s American Malt — 100% malted barley

Bottled-in-Bond whiskeys are produced under strict regulations, including being distilled in a single distilling season at one distillery, aged in a federally bonded warehouse for at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% alcohol by volume). In this case, all three expressions used in the blend were distilled by Jack Daniel’s in the same distilling season, blended, then bottled at 100 proof.

The packaging for the bonded series was inspired by the original 1895 Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey bottle.
