The rye mash bill used for this release is the newest grain recipe for Jack Daniel’s since prohibition.
This release was limited to just 200 barrels aged on the highest floors of the warehouse. As a single-barrel, full-proof release, strength will vary between 125 to 140 proof.
Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Special Release Barrel Proof Rye is described “a deep copper hue with robust aromas of deep smoke, raisin, rich caramel and toasted fruit; boasting tastes of molasses, sawn oak and bold rye spices with a peppery finish.”
