Elijah Craig Straight Rye is a rye whiskey produced by Heaven Hill as part of the Elijah Craig family of whiskeys.
It uses Heaven Hill’s barely-legal rye recipe, which has a 51% rye mashbill shared with two of Heaven Hill’s other products, Pikesville Rye and Rittenhouse Rye.
In 2019, Heaven Hill announced that Elijah Craig Straight Rye would be launched in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Oregon. Distribution has gradually expanded to additional states since.
In 2024, Heaven Hill will be releasing a new double-barreled expression, Elijah Craig Toasted Rye.
