Angel’s Envy Cask Strength Bourbon

Angel’s Envy Cask Strength is a high-proof bourbon whiskey produced by Louisville Distilling Company. It is an extension of the original Angel’s Envy Bourbon, known for its port cask finishing process. Angel’s Envy Cask Strength is bottled straight from the barrel without dilution, resulting in a higher alcohol content and a bolder, more intense flavor profile.

The whiskey is aged in American white oak barrels and then finished for approximately two years in specially selected port wine barrels. The extended finishing period adds additional depth and complexity to the spirit.

Earlier releases used sourced bourbon up to 7 years old, but more recent batches have been more complex, made up of blends using both younger and much older stocks.

Angel’s Envy Cask Strength is released annually in November or December in limited quantities.
