Knob Creek is a family of bourbon and rye whiskeys that are produced by James B. Beam Distilling Co. It was introduced in 1992 by Booker Noe, the grandson of Jim Beam and a Sixth Generation Master Distiller, as a part of his Small Batch Collection, which also includes Baker’s, Basil Hayden, and his eponymous Booker’s. Booker’s goal was to create a bourbon that revived the essence of pre-prohibition style whiskey.
Knob Creek’s brand lineup is known for their substantial age statements, even on their year-round expressions.
