Baker’s

Baker’s Bourbon was launched in 1992 by Booker Noe, James B. Beam Distilling Co.‘s sixth-generation master distiller. It was one of the four brands in his new Small Batch Bourbon Collection, joining Knob Creek, Booker’s, and Basil Hayden.

Baker’s is named after Baker Beam, a member of the Beam family and a long-time distiller at the family distillery.

In 2019, Beam relaunched the flagship Baker’s Bourbon, changing it from a 7-year old, small batch bourbon to a single-barrel release aged a minimum of 7 years. The age may vary from bottle to bottle depending on which barrel it is dumped from – the neck label specifies exactly how old each bottle is.
