Frank August is a bourbon brand created and co-founded by company CEO Johnathan Crocker, a former denim and fashion executive for AG Jeans and BLDWN. The brand launched in July 2022 with a small batch bourbon, and was followed by a single barrel expression and the first entry in their “Case Study” series, which experiments with different finishing techniques.
The company sources whiskey for their brand, though the source is undisclosed due to contractual agreements. As of 2023, their products are bottled by Bardstown Bourbon Company.
