Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon is a high-proof bourbon that is a blend of older and younger barrels of their high-rye bourbon.
According to Nevada H&C, the blend was specifically selected to include “older bourbon for the oak flavors and mouthfeel, but also some younger ones to cut back on the tannins and bring in some delicate fruit and caramel flavors.”
This release bears a batch number, with each batch being released at a slightly different proof. As of Batch 251Smoke Wagon Archives, Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered has been bottled at strengths ranging from 111 to 116 proof.
