WhistlePig FarmStock Rye

WhistlePig FarmStock Rye was the first release from the distillery to incorporate their own distillate. Each of the three releases use a different blend of whiskeys from Alberta Distillers, WhistlePig, and MGP (2017 and 2018 only).

The WhistlePig-distilled component is a farm-to-glass whiskey, which is made from grain grown on their own farms, distilled with their well water, and aged in Vermont Oak barrels.

The numbered FarmStock Rye batches were released from 2017-2019, with the WhistlePig component increasing from 20% in 2017 to 53% in 2019.

The FarmStock series was succeeded by WhistlePig’s FarmStock Beyond Bonded series, which are at least four years old and entirely produced at WhistlePig Farm in Vermont. The series also spawned other annual “-Stock” releases, such as HomeStock (2020), RoadStock (2021), SmokeStock (2022), and SummerStock (2023).

Batches

Each of the three releases in the series is known as a numbered “Crop”, with increasing amounts of WhistlePig-produced whiskey in each batch.
