Stellum Rye is a year-round release from Barrell Craft Spirits.
Like all of the releases under the Barrell brand, it is a cask strength offering and is a blend made up of whiskey from several different sources.
It is anchored by a 95% rye MGP mash bill, then blended with higher-barley ryes from Kentucky and Tennessee.
Stellum Rye was launched in March 2021.
