Rare Perfection 14 Year, released by Preservation Distillery, is a distinctive whiskey that combines the qualities of bourbon and Canadian Whiskey. It is distilled from a unique four-grain (corn, rye, wheat, malted barley) bourbon-style mashbill.
It is aged in freezing Canadian warehouses, where the frigid climate played a role in creating its texture while avoiding overpowering wood notes on the finish. It is bottled at 100.7 proof.
