New Riff Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a bottled in bond, small batch bourbon produced by New Riff Distilling.
First released in Fall 2018, it is the distillery’s flagship bourbon and features a high-rye mashbill. It is aged for four years in toasted and charred oak barrels.
Bottled-in-Bond bourbons are produced under strict regulations, including being distilled in a single distilling season at one distillery, aged in a federally bonded warehouse for at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% alcohol by volume). New Riff’s products are also bottled without chill filtration.
