Kirkland Signature Bottled in Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a whiskey produced for Costco’s Kirkland Signature brand in partnership with Barton 1792 Distillery.
Released starting in June 2021, It is one of three expressions produced by Barton for Costco. The bottled in bond bourbon is bottled at 100 proof and is aged at least four years. Prices may vary from warehouse to warehouse, and all three expressions are released periodically on a rotating basis in 1-liter bottles.
Bottled-in-Bond bourbons are produced under strict regulations, including being distilled in a single distilling season at one distillery, aged in a federally bonded warehouse for at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% alcohol by volume).
