Bourye is limited release from High West and is released annually. It is a blend of different bourbons and ryes, with some produced by High West and the rest sourced from other distillers. The ages of each whiskey in the blend vary, but they are a minimum of 10 years old.
Bourye is not chill-filtered or carbon treated and is bottled at 92 proof.

The animal on the label is a jackalope, a mythical animal that is a cross between a jack rabbit and an antelope.
Batches
The blend in each batch has varied throughout the release history, sourcing from distilleries such as MGP, Barton, Heaven Hill, and Four Roses, as well as incorporating some of their own distillate into more recent releases.
