Evan Williams 23 Years Old is a bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distillery and is the oldest and rarest release in the Evan Williams brand family. It is only available periodically at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience in Louisville, KY.
It shares its impressive age statement and mashbill with the 90-proof Elijah Craig 23-Year-Old Single Barrel, although the Evan Williams expression is bottled at 107 proof. The only other revolving 23-year old release currently available in the market is Buffalo Trace’s Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year, which is bottled at 95.6 proof.
