All Burnside whiskies are produced in Portland, OR and finished in Oregon White Oak.
Acording to Eastside Distilling, Quercus garryana “is almost sponge like from the fast growing it does in the wet Oregon winters. Not only does it soak up the whiskey and deeply flavor it, it has high contents of dessert tannins that are perfectly complementary to bourbon, whiskey and ryes, while also imparting the terroir of the fertile valley soils.”
Burnside whiskies are currently available in Oregon and California.
