Jim Beam has unveiled their new distillery, named for seventh-generation Beam Master Distiller Fred Noe.

A part of the James B. Beam Distilling Co.'s existing Clermont, KY campus, the new distillery will produce Beam's popular premium brands, including Booker's, Baker's, and Little Book. Additionally, it will be the new home for whiskey experimentation and innovation.

Freddie Noe, eighth-generation Beam Distiller, will lead production at the distillery, where he will explore blending, fermentation, and distillation techniques and build on the experimentation we've seen in his Little Book releases.

The new distillery will offer experimental distillation sessions and seminars with Freddie Noe, blending activities, and a tasting bar. The University of Kentucky's James B. Beam Institute for Kentucky Spirits will also have a home at the new distillery, where students can learn spirits making techniques from Beam experts.

Groundbreaking for the new distillery was held in July 2019. The new distillery is opening as part of Beam's upgraded visitors center experience, opening soon.
