Basil Hayden Red Wine Cask Finish Bourbon to be the first wine-barrel finished whiskey from the brand

TL;DR
Beam is preparing to release the first wine-finished whiskey to the Basil Hayden lineup. Basil Hayden Red Wine Cask Finish will be a special release from the distillery, bottled at the brand's traditional 80 proof and using its traditional high-rye recipe.
While Subtle Smoke was the first barrel-finished whiskey bearing the Basil Hayden name, it was far from the first time the brand has experimented with other spirits and wines. Dark Rye is a blend of an 8 year rye, 4 year Canadian rye, and port wine, while Caribbean Reserve Rye was the same rye blend with the addition of black strap rum.
Secondary finished in Californian red wine casks, this special release is ripe with cherries and dried fruit, with notes of charred oak.

Expect pricing to be in line with Subtle Smoke, which was $50 per 750ml bottle.
* Note: This article uses information from the U.S. Department of the Treasury Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). Whiskey labels are approved by the TTB weeks or months ahead of their release and public announcement, so details about pricing and availability aren't available yet. Furthermore, any proof statements on the label may be placeholders and might change before the official release announcement. However, everything else on the label will appear as it does here, so this gives us a great early look at an upcoming release.
