Lock Stock & Barrel uses a relatively hard-to-find 100% rye mashbill, likely sourced from Alberta Distillery in Canada. This release is unfiltered and aged for 18 years in new, charred American oak.
Tasting notes include hot, buttered gingerbread, dried peach, toasted pecan, ripe honeydew and tobacco leaf.
Though distilled in Canada, this expression is produced and bottled by R. J. Cooper & Son in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
