Old Louisville Whiskey Co. was launched in August 2022 by Amine and Beth Karaoud.
The Karaouds previously owned Red Castle Liquors in the historic Old Louisville neighborhood, which they sold to help fund Old Louisville Whiskey Co. The label features an 1884 map of the neighborhood, with a star marking the location of Red Castle Liquors.1Meet Old Louisville Whiskey Co.
The company releases small batch blends of sourced bourbons, ryes and American whiskies, each limited to 2,000 bottles or less. Single barrel expressions are also available on a limited basis. Bourbons are aged a minimum of seven years, and are bottled unfiltered at barrel proof.
