What You Should Know
- Bourye is a blend of two different bourbons and one rye distilled by MGP in Lawrenceburg, IN. The ratio of the blend is undisclosed.
- Straight Rye Whiskey: 95% rye, 5% barley malt
- Straight Bourbon Whiskey: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt
- Straight Bourbon Whiskey: 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% barley malt
- The ages of each whiskey in the blend vary, but they are a minimum of 10 years old.
- Previously available throughout High West's distribution footprint, it was reduced to a Utah-only release in 2021.
- The animal on the label is a jackalope, a mythical animal that is a cross between a jack rabbit and an antelope.
- Bourye is not chill-filtered or carbon treated.
