Blade and Bow has announced the release of Blade and Bow 22-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey as a part of Bourbon Heritage Month in September.

In what is now an annual release for the brand, this 22-year-old bourbon is one of the oldest regularly-released bourbons on the market today. The company doesn't reveal much about what's in the bottle this year beyond stating that it was aged and bottled at Stitzel-Weller Distillery. Last year's press release mentioned that it "includes some of the last bourbon produced there before [Stitzel-Weller Distillery] closed in 1992."

Blade and Bow 22-Year-Old Bourbon is bottled at 92 proof.

Unfortunately, this year's press release doesn't mention pricing, though last year's MSRP was $450 per 750ml bottle. It's available this month in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington. One ounce pours are also available at the Lexington distillery's new Garden & Gun Club bar as a part of a $150 tasting experience.
